Tracking is provided for every order to confirm delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, tin tin pet bakery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages.
We kindly ask that customers ensure a safe and secure delivery location, as it is the homeowner’s responsibility to receive packages after delivery.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders marked as delivered to the provided address.
